Inclusive, unique, comfortable place in a very good location.
9.0Pleasant and helpful staff at check-in; clean and adequate space for toiletries; bedding quite comfortable; an actual breakfast with lovely fruit, yoghurt, and granola. We appreciated how inclusive and welcoming the hotel was, too.
− A full size ironing board would have been much appreciated. If we'd stayed longer, a wardrobe/closet with a clothes bar would have been helpful.
We're looking forward to next stay!
9.0Staff were good communicators. One of us had to have emergency surgery and they allowed for extra time at check-out for no charge. Dog-friendly AND next to a terrifc part and walking distance to some excellent restaurants
− No towel racks, One wobbly chair and the desk chair needs some felt leg bottoms to reduce squeaking noise.

− At 10.00 pm, there’s no one at reception. The car park is too small. There aren’t enough tables at breakfast.

− Several homeless at the nearby park and bike trail but they kept to themselves so it wasn’t an issue
