− Électricité peu stable : airco + machine lessiver ou lave vaisselle = courir sur autre terrasse pour remettre les plombs. Literie moyenne. 2 chambres de taille différente non renseignée correctement pour le rangement

AMAZING ACCOMMODATION WITH STUNNING VIEWS

Let It Be A Dream is a fantastic apartment accommodation in an amazing central location in Desenzano, perfect for getting about and discovering the town. The accommodation itself is very spacious in an old traditional but with a contemporary feel. Great open plan living and dining area and two good sized bedrooms. The large first floor terrace area is amazing with stunning views over the square and lake. Overall a fantastic place to stay if you want to be in the midst of town life.

− One downside I would say can be the noise through the night. There can still be a lot of chatter in the early hours through till morning but you are in the middle of everything and surrounded by restaurants and shops so this has to be expected. The only other thing would be the 50 euro late fee that is charged if you arrive after 7pm. This was because the Personal Welcome Assistant you are designated finishes at 7pm and obviously they have to hang on to show you around the accommodation and take personal information and such. Personally I would prefer to arrive and just use a code to let yourself into the accommodation then deal with this sort of thing on your first full day but it is what it is.

Desenzano loft was everything you could ask for in accommodation, hospitality, and, more importantly, friendliness. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped, and in a perfect location. Nothing was a problem for Margarita, even to sending me photos with arrows indicating the route to all the local food shops. I travelled with my three sons (16, 18, and 20 yrs). The stay in Desenzano loft made the trip one that we will all keep as a treasured memory. Thank you

Ein toller Aufenthalt zu viert in einer tollen Wohnung und dank Vorsaison mit wenig Touristen im Ort.

Lage, Lokalität, Ausstattung, Kommunikation mit Personal (Margherita) vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt.

− Matratzen in beiden Zimmern haben ihren Lebenszyklus überschritten. Duschekabine veraltet und eng. Einige Klimageräte und Lüftungen rund um die Terrasse, welche etwas Geräusche und Gerüche verursachte. Bei einer Lokalität direkt im Zentrum und über einem Restaurant muss man Lärm bis Mitternacht in Kauf nehmen wollen.

A recepção foi ótima. A Adreline é ótima. Muito gentil e atenciosa.

− Na saída tivemos um problema. Eu só soube na véspera que o checkout seria às 10h da manhã. Minha mãe é idosa, tem 87 anos, cadeirante, tem muita dificuldade de se locomover e faz tudo muito lentamente, especialmente pela manhã, quando ela acorda sempre muito tonta. Eu tentei negociar a saída, ofereci de pagar meia diária mais, mas não foi aceito. Às 10h em ponto os cleaners chegaram e foram absurdamente grosseiros com elas. Era apenas minha mãe e minha irmã, também idosa, correndo para sair logo, e até falaram que já podiam iniciar a limpeza. Jogavam as coisas delas no lixo. Ameaçaram inclusive de chamar a polícia caso não saíssem imediatamente. Minha mãe ficou chocada, elas foram expulsas de uma forma estúpida, totalmente desrespeitosas com duas idosas. Deixaram várias coisas no apartamento. Foi péssimo!
