7.0The environment was peaceful and quiet.
− - inconvenient unless you have a car. Very limited shuttle service provided by the ryokan. Fees for shuttle to nearby ski areas by ryokan each way is too high you are a big group. -staff are not friendly and never smiling. -Breakfast is pretty much the same every day. -Was very disappointed that the outdoor onsen wasn’t opened for use. I saw it in photos on the website and was looking forward to it. - Was horrified to see black fungus on the ceilings and walls in the Onsen facility.

10.0We found the staff very helpful and really appreciated the private shuttle bus to get us to ski resorts and town. Very responsive to what’s app messages. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable and so nice having Onsen in the Ryokan.

10.0This property is gorgeous and provides authentic Japanese hospitality. The onsen is lovely and very relaxing especially after a strenuous day of exercise. The breakfast was outstanding.
− It would have been even better if the outdoor onsen was also available.
