Disappointing experience – essential facilities didn’t work, I couldn’t stay, and I’m still waiting for my deposit to be
1.0Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to experience the property properly. The location seemed convenient, but I was unable to stay due to issues on arrival.
− The shower and Wi-Fi were not working, making the apartment unsuitable for my stay, so I had to leave. I contacted Booking.com, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. I was also required to pay a damage deposit by bank transfer, which has not been returned despite my stay not going ahead. After looking online, I found other reviews from people describing similar experiences with the deposit process. I would advise future guests to be very cautious before paying any deposit by bank transfer.
