6.0Communication was difficult as I kept getting a recorded message on the phone. I think the hotel's preferred method of communication is WhatsApp, but I don't have a smartphone. I was put in a different, nearby, apartment which had better wifi, which I appreciated, but the new apartment had a kitchen window that couldn't be closed because of a vent from the boiler, so it was freezing!
