Quaint and quiet within a few minutes walk of the beach, markets and entertainment.
9.0Nice location down a quiet lane, but within a few minutes walk of the beach, markets and entertainment. No breakfast, but Thai style breakfast available just around the corner, less than 100 metres away, and plenty of other options nearby. Bangkok Post available from a shop about 200 metres away.... but better to pay in advance to ensure a copy. Motorcycle and bicycle rental available next door.... traffic moves slowly in Hua Hin, making it relatively friendly.
− Tong Lee House was more than adequate for my simple needs and expectations. Fortunately I am still fit at 72, but some might find the climb up the stairs to rooms on the third and fourth floors a bit daunting.
