1.0Only the location I think is good for the hotel. Everything is bad.
− Very slow internet. They only give us 2 pillows for our room. The front desk is rude and not accommodating. They only let us borrow 2 umbrellas (we are 4). We just needed to go out for breakfast. The remote control of the AC is broken. The hotel room smells moldy/old. Bathroom door lock is broken. Additional fee for paying using credit card.

8.0The place is not at the level of a real hotel, maybe more suitable as a hostel, but it is suitable for the price you pay for it. I understood this before I arrived, so it didn't hurt my experience.
− "The sheets are clean, but you can see some stains on the sheets that didn't come out in the wash. Also, they probably haven't cleaned the walls in years, and you can see dirt that built up over time. It's a bit disgusting."
