3.0− taking care of drivers/guides can be much better. They are very important people in the whole safari experience for our guests so they should be treated in a respectful manner, and don't ignore them.

10.0Es war ein ganz ganz toller Aufenthalt, von den Zeltlodges aus hatten wir Blick auf die Serengeti, wo man nachts den Tiergeräuschen lauschen konnte. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde super gut auf die Glutenunverträglichkeit einer Mitreisenden eingegangen, das Essen war top. Wir waren alle 4 rundum zufrieden und sehr begeistert ☺️!!

7.0Die Hilsbereitschaft des Personal war Super.
− Das Zelt ist zu klein. Sinnlos dort noch ein drittes Bett rein zu stellen, wodurch man sich in der Nacht, wenn man aufs WC muss, überall stößt. Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis allgemein beim Serengeti Park unverschämt! Als Selbstfahrer kostet die Anfahrt und Abfahrt durch Ngorongo und Serengeti für 2 Personen+ Fahrzeug 600 Dollar für furchtbare Straßen!

Please note that the there is an overnight tax mandated by the governmental institution called Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority (TAWA). This fee is not included in the price you see on booking.com. The tax is per person per night and is as follows for non-citizens:
Aged 18+ = 29.5 USD
Aged 5-17.99 = 23.6 USD
Aged 0-4.99 = 0 USD
The tax can be paid at reception or can be arranged directly with TAWA.
