El lugar está lindo, muy céntrico y el personal es muy amable, cada duda la resolvieron y también me ayudaron con el tema de que nuestra habitación reservada se encontraba arriba y mi mamá que esta en silla de ruedas no podría subir por lo que se ofrecieron a cambiarnos las habitaciones para seguir ofreciendo nos un buen servicio y que estuviéramos comodos. Siempre estuvieron atentos si necesitábamos ayuda con algo en la habitación, alojamiento en general o sobre el estacionamiento. Tienen una barra en el lobby para beber agua, té o café calentito, muy agradable tomar tu tacita por la mañana y beberla en el jardin o sus sillones del lobby.

− Pues justamente que yo reservé aquí porque en su información publicada dice que tienen acceso para personas discapacitadas y no hay rampa, para entrar hay escalones, para ir al jardin también. Entiendo que la habitación reservada esta arriba y no hay elevadores pero al menos podrían agregar a su descripción de las habitaciones cuáles están abajo y cuales arriba por esa cuestión. En general si no sufres discapacidad que te impida subir o bajar escalones esta muy bien el lugar. Aunque también agregaría que a los WCs y regaderas de las habitaciones les falta privacidad si es que vas a compartir habitación, a las ventanas les faltan mosquiteros, me atacaron los sancudos, por cierto la habitación 103 necesita un minisplit también, o te encierras bien y se guarda el calor o te pican los mosquitos (en ese cuarto únicamente), el 104 esta de lujo por el espacio y el minisplit.

− We thought it would be free to bring our very small dog because of what we had read on another website (big lesson learned!) but when we got there they made us pay a not insignificant pet fee and sign a form saying that we would be charged if our dog barked or if they found any dog hair in or on the bed. Parking was free and is right next door; but you have to leave your keys with the parking garage because they park cars in front of each other. We wanted a king size bed and it seems that the only king size bed rooms are directly behind the reception desk or next to the door where the coffee is. Because the room next to the coffee did not have a separate bathroom and had small windows we stayed behind the reception which was not great especially as the hotel seemed empty. If you get a good price, you don't have a dog and you don't want a king size bed it probably would be okay to book here.
