− Staff had no empathy knowing my luggage had been lost not even willing to loan a phone charger..told me to walk to Tesco to buy one... The first thing said to us on arrival was do you have the 20 pound cash for early check in, then left to sit in the lounge for 1.5 hours (after a 23 hour flight) until check in at 12 with no access to toilets, then they asked for the 20 pound a second time. Tea and coffee facilities but no water to fill the jug so could not make use of it. Very hot rooms with only one small window so it was very uncomfortable despite the fan provided. Rooms cluttered and dusty with no blanket provided for the bed. No curtain on the shower so the water poured straight out onto the floor. Cleanliness could be improved as our feet were dirty within minutes of stepping out of the shower as the floor was not clean. Would not stay again.

9.0Good location especially if your using Gatwick. Lovely large room nicely fitted out. Very nice gardens to walk around. Large sitting areas for general use. Good communications re access codes and process.

− TV Kept switching off no Reception!!
We basically needed a stopover for a theatre trip to Brighton . This location was great .

− Couldn’t see where to go if wanted to walk in the grounds , no signs , only saw the area where the cars were all parked and a small play area
Overall it was good, toilets are run down and had bad smell apart from that it’s been good
