10.0Very clean, spacious & well-maintained too! I was really impressed 👍 Also a convenient location to malls/ shops with a great view of the sea! Only downside is that the area is quite dark so not sure how safe it was although there are security guards and our neighbor upstairs were very noisy.. Please be mindful of others & be quiet
