− Not well maintained, there were 4 toothbrushes found in the kitchen, the washing machine was dirty inside, and the mattress had stains on it as well. We had to go to Cargills in Havelock mall to buy cleaning products and a broom, as the one left in the apartment was filled with hair, so we couldn't use it. There was only 1 key, and when we requested a second copy of the key and finally received it, it malfunctioned in the door handle and didn't work... so we were only left with 1 key. There was also a balcony whereas the booking mentioned terrace. You also need to pay for the duration of your stay upfront and not upon departure. This is not mentioned on the booking.com website if you're booking from Australia.
