Pesimo trato
1.0− Por desgracia, nos guiamos por las valoraciones y el nivel del hotel y nos decepciono totalmente. Pésima experiencia. Reservamos SIN cancelación, llegamos al hotel el 1 de junio y nos dijeron que NO había ninguna reserva a nuestro nombre. Efectivamente comprobamos la reserva y habíamos cometido un error, reservamos en julio en ved de julio. Hasta ahi, responsabilidad nuestra. A partir de ahi nos encontramos un establecimiento que NO nos dio ninguna alternativa. Como primera intentar alojarnos sin reserva, como segunda, algunos de los días que íbamos a estar en la isla, como tercera ayudarnos a encontrar una alternativa habitacional y la cuarta, con el disgusto que teníamos y ellos teniendo un mes de antelación para volver a reservar la habitación, poder devolvernos, parte o la reserva integra. Nos encontramos que el establecimiento no nos dio NINGUNA alternativa, dijeron que no teníamos cancelación y YA ESTA. Tratamos también de mediar mediante booking, volvimos a recibir una nueva negativa del hotel. No me esperaba un TRATO asi de parte de un hotel de esta SUPUESTA categoría. Una decepcion!
Aussicht schön, aber wegen Insekten ungenießbar.
3.0Die Aussicht war toll
− Starker Befall von Insekten! Kakerlaken, Käfer, Spinnen, Läuse etc. Sind absoluter Alltag. Innerhalb von 24 Stunden muss man trotz der Reinigung durchs Personal mit mindestens 5-10 Großen Insekten rechnen, da die Decke im Wohnzimmer nicht geschlossen ist.

10.0Wunderschöne Aussicht! Beim Aufwachen sieht man direkt die Bucht! Kluge Raumaufteilung und große Zimmer. Günstige Wäscherei. Günstige Massagen. Schnelle Reaktion auf WhatsApp.
