4.0not clean, a lor of dirty things above the frig and the closet, the sofa bed is very dirty, no phone number to contact the owner of the apt. in the reservation, had trouble to get him to open the apt.

8.0Hospitality offered was good and friendly and beyond what might be expected; the facilities somewhat tired. good position near the sea of Galilee with good views of the sea/lake. The given address did not seem to mean anything to the taxi driver covering the short distance from the bus station to the apartment. Good place as a base to visit the sights; a number of National Parks are in striking distance by bus and a walk.
