6.0While checking on the hotel I was told to pay cash when my booking was clearly set with credit card. I had to go to a bank and withdraw cash and pay for a fee because of that. In general the service was good but then again I was expecting breakfast at 7am and personnel arrived to kitchen at 720am, we ended up 45minutes late for our trip of the day. Those small details made me angry

6.0I guess my expectations were too high for what $72 buys for 2 nights including breakfast in the Copán area. The room was downstairs from the lobby and felt like a small dungeon that was not overly clean and very loud with street noise. I was sad to learn that there is no hot water, and both nights we stayed there at least 1 guest would need to ring the front door bell for 15+ minutes before the night manager would open the door for them. The breakfast was great and the staff were nice, but no one understood 1 word of English. I will stay somewhere else the next time I visit the Copán area.

8.0A block from de central park this is a good deal for the price - Ask for a room with AC - Some of the single rooms sare very small but the rooms with 2 beds or a double bed are nicer - Decent rooms fo the price
