10.0Room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Having a laundry machine in the room was amazingly convenient. The location is nicely positioned for tourists.

8.0Very convenient location. Lots of dining places and shopping within 10~15 mins walk plus walking distance to Sapporo TV Tower, Nijo Market, Odori Station, Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Susukino. Washer/dryer in room was useful with good instructions in English. Downside is room is rather small with very limited space and no wardrobe/clothes closet. Had to "live out of suitcase" and kept clothes in luggage under the bed.

10.0In room laundry is especially useful, as we have stayed for 15 days. It's within 10 minutes walking time to many major shopping areas. My wife has even got her hair styling at a nearby superb hair stylist.
