− A lot of the fixtures and fittings are old, broken or tatty. Eg wardrobe door cracked, toilet roll holders wobbly and rusty, paint on doors unfinished, clocks not worn

− Geamurile nu izolează fonic iar dimineața zgomotul traficului se aude destul de tare în apartament, căldura nu funcționa deși serile au fost răcoroase și era necesară puțină încălzire.

− Graves deficiencias, falta de mantenimiento extremo, riesgo real e inaceptable para la integridad física de los húespedes y sobre su descanso. 1.- Fuga de agua, filtraciones del techo e inundación (Insalubridad y Riesgo electrocución) Filtración desde el techo/plafón: Cae agua directamente desde el techo y la zona del plafón del punto de luz sobre la zona del inodoro y bidé, con el consecuente riesgo evidente de cortocircuito o descarga eléctrica. Inundación en el baño: Acumulación constante de agua en el suelo del baño. Daños estructurales por humedad: Los marcos inferiores de la puerta del baño están completamente hinchados y podridos por la acumulación histórica de agua. Obstrucción de ducha: El cabezal de la ducha se encuentra severamente embozado por cal, saliendo el agua descontrolada y pulverizada en todas direcciones. 2. Incidente grave de seguridad física Desprendimiento de moldura/marco: Al salir del apartamento, la moldura/tapajuntas superior del marco de la puerta de entrada se desprendió completamente, cayendo directamente sobre mi hija. Se aporta prueba en vídeo de la pieza desprendida y del marco sin fijar. 3. Mobiliario deteriorado y falta de condiciones para el descanso Cama rota y hundida: El somier/estructura de madera de la cama de la habitación pequeña está roto (faltan lamas), generando un socavón visible en el centro, de unos 35 cm, que imposibilitó el descanso. Cierres y manetas sueltos: Múltiples picaportes y manetas de puertas se encuentran desencajados, sueltos y a punto de desprenderse. Elementos textiles e iluminación rotos: Cortina de la habitación principal desgarrada y tulipa/pantalla de la lámpara de noche rota.
