8.0− The staff were absolutely indifferent to the guests. Borderline rude but just “friendly” enough to pass. We had stayed in this hotel before and the staff was fine but this time it was a completely different experience, to the point that next time we won’t stay anymore. Breakfast was not very tasty, eggs were almost rubber, but I do understand that can be subjective. Everything else was fine.
