Everyone was warm and welcoming, the breakfast buffet had a great selection, the hotel is conveniently located near Term

The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, and the hotel’s location is very convenient, it’s close to Terminal 3 and a nearby mall. I also appreciated the considerate reception staff for accommodating my request for a late check-out.

− Dårlig renhold, badet ble ikke vasket på to dager (før vi ga beskjed). Håndklær ble byttet ut, men ikke øvrig renhold. Da vi sa i fra om dette, ble det møtt med et smil og at rommet kun ble vasket på forespørsel. Dette er et fem stjerners hotell, da bør servicen være topp. Området rundt bassenget er slitt og ser heller ikke ut som et fem stjerners hotell bør se ut
