Might choose another hotel; probably should have asked to be switched to 1st floor to accessible ro
3.0− The elevator was out of service for my entire stay forcing me to the other side of the hotel with my cane; bathroom ceiling cracked from a leak; phone didn't work & maintenance never responded to fix it. Refrigerator door needs to be reversed.

9.0Staff were very pleasant and helpful from the cleaning staff, restaurant staff, reception and Assistant General Manager. Facilities were good. Location was great with a shopping centre within walking distance with lots of places to eat out too. Room and kitchenette were fabulous.

7.0The kitchen suite is a bonus. Pet friendly is also a bonus. Convenient to Manchester.
− The hot tub was broken and out of service. The pool needed to be vacuumed and it did not seem like the filtration system was on!

9.0The breakfast was better than typical hotel breakfast. Best feature of our stay was the greeting by reception. The young woman’s name always Kaye. She Made us feel very welcome. We were very tired from the road and her strong friendly welcome was greatly appreciated
