4.0What a disappointment. I made reservations in February for two people. It was a friends reunion. When we went to register they said we were staying at a different property of Julie’s. All our friends were in town at Julie’s motel next to there restaurant. We had to go out of the area to some country place. We went to the place because the lady said we had to stay there because no rooms at the main motel. I guess they thought we did not mind getting split up from the rest of our group. We went to the country place and saw our room. Old AC unit that was noisy and smelled like dirt socks. Wanted to make a drink and no ice. Wanted to iron my top and no iron. Bathroom was so bad. Little sink and awful shower. Chipped paint around window. No way am I taking a shower here. Someone smoking in the next room. My allergies were so bad needed to take two Allegra’s. Never again because there has to be clean places to stay up. Bye Bye Julie’s

10.0Room had a comfy bed, a cute neon green mini fridge, complimentary coffee in the office, jacuzzi with rubber ducks, what could be better? Slept well and really enjoyed breakfast at The Cafe. Also didn’t hurt that we could walk down the street for frozen custard and we took advantage of being literally in Peninsula State Park
