Dog friendly accommodation in a pleasant pub.
8.0Pleasant pub on the outskirts of Ipswich. Small, but comfortable room in an adjacent building. Pub offered a good food menu,, reasonably priced. A good English breakfast included in booking fee. No additional fee for taking a dog.
It was ideal for an overnight stay. The beds were comfortable, the beer was good and we ate well.
8.0Breakfast was substantial and the location suited my purposes to a tee. It was a busy night but the staff were competent and pleasant.
Air conditioner would have made stay more comfortable

8.0Friendly staff, lovely old school pub, nice outside area and clean and comfortable rooms. Not fancy, and could do with an update, but it is cheap and cheerful and I would happily stay again.
