9.0やはり駅近で駅のスーパー側が便利、空港シャトルバス近い。 設備は古いけど必要なものは全て揃ってます。 ただし超旧型のエレベーター(^^)は巨大なスーツケースには不向きかも。バックパッカー等の旅慣れた人にオススメします。少し高齢のマダムが1人で運営されているのかな？頑張って続けてほしい、とても懐かしかった
− 外玄関、アパートメント入口、部屋の鍵と3種類、覚えるのに手間取った(^^)、シャワー室にあったタオルがフェイスタオルなのか、バスマットなのか?もう１枚欲しかった

10.0Signora Lucia Is the sweetest! Besides being very welcoming, she allowed me to arrive a couple of hours earlier to leave my luggage – and she had the room ready for me when I arrived! That came in very handy, I arrived in the middle of a tempest and a hot shower was a must. The location is amazing, two blocks from Termini station, but still a really nice neighborhood. The room was big and super clean.
− There is a 5 euro tax per day on the use of the air conditioning – which is perfectly fine and understandable! – but that I didn't recall reading about in the description. Thankfully I had cash on me.

8.0Von netter älteren Dame freundlich begrüßt worden. Niedliches, zentral gelegenes Zimmer. Schöner, "antiker" Charme. Das Bad war "draußen" auf der Terrasse in Extra-Raum. So kam die Feuchtigkeit nicht ins Zimmer, ich habe sowas noch nicht gesehen, deswegen fand ich es interessant. Man war nah am Bahnhof und Zentrumsnah. Super für Reisende und Leute, die die stadt sehen wollen.
− Die Klima hatte extra gekostet. Darüber wurde man erst in dem Moment informiert. Eigentlich scheint sie hier im Preis inbegriffen zu sein. Das war irritierend.
