10.0The Staff were absolutely fantastic! We had an emergency situation and the staff was really quick to help us even though it was very early in the morning. They are resourceful and very friendly.

7.0Room was a good size for the price. Location good.
− Food as part of the half board at night was very poor and wouldnt recommend. They didnt seem to know what they were doing in the restaurant.

9.0People at the reception were really helpful, espcially Gopi, who worked whole night and always answered every query with smile. Location is nice with metro and 7-11 at walking distance.
− Try to avoid interns at the reception during busy hours. They are good and friendly, but they are learning. You dont expect them to be efficient from the beginning. Hence they should be placed at free hours. For me it took almost 45 mins to checkin. The young girl was trying but everytime I ask her something, she had to ask to someone, wasting lots of time. It is not a complain but a suggestion. Also restaurant service should be more integrated in the hotel. I was asked to pay the restaurant bill separately instead of at the reception. Maybe the intern didnt know it well.
A good location if you want to be in a quieter part of town.
9.0Everything was comfortable and the availability of a shuttle was very convenient.
− There was n't a whole lot not to like, the location being in a quiet area meant that you did have to either walk a small distance or catch the shuttle to tour around.
