Comfortable hotel in a great location, close to public transport and the old port.
8.0spacious room, great location, friendly & helpful staff, close to public transport. The elevator from 1920 is a great feature. Such an experience.
− It would be great if the windows could be opened (tilted) for fresh air. It would be great if tissue box was provided in room.
Bon séjour pour quelques nuit
8.0L’emplacement est idéal. Vous pouvez faire plein de choses à pied depuis l’hôtel qui se trouve à 5mn du vieux port. La fontaine à eau, c’est top, engagement écologique. Les fenêtres dans la chambr: très bon point car cela donne de la lumière naturelle dans la chambre et elles sont grandes et s’ouvre entièrement. Le petit déjeuner: assez bien mais un peu plus varié ne serait pas mal. Pas assez de choix salé à mon goût. Le personnel est très à l’écoute, professionnel que ce soit les réceptionnistes, femmes de ménages ou bien les personnes du petit-déjeuner. La Clim dans les chambres en plein mois de juillet, un vrai plus. C’était parfait d’en avoir une. La taille des chambres, très bien. La salle de bain très bien aussi.
− L’ascenseur une catastrophe Les marches pour aller à la réception, dans la chambre… si vous avez des valises ou que vous êtes chargés, c’est vraiment pas facile. Les personnes dans les autres chambres: ont entend beaucoup les autres occupants. Un soir il y avait de la musique dans une chambre en face de la mienne et les gens parlaient très fort. J’ai dû leur demander à deux reprises de baisser la musique et parler moins fort. Dans le même style, des gens au dernier étage marcher très fort (limite exprès) et on entendait chaque pas. Et cela jusqu’à tard dans la nuit (3h du matin). Donc pour quelqu’un comme moi qui a besoin de 0 bruit pour dormir, c’était assez compliqué. Et pour finir, on entend pas mal ce qui dans la rue ( le tramway, le bruit de la ville etc). En revanche, si vous n’êtes pas sensibles au bruit, ça ne vous dérangera pas.

− You need to search using maps to find it and even when you get there it is not clear where the entrance is. I seen worse cases, but if I had to pick a negative out of a great hotel it would be that.
