6.0overall the property was clean however, the property was closing down and this was only shared at the time of checking in. this meant that I had to cut my vacation short and book another hotel while fighting to have a refund on the days which I did not stay.

6.0Hotel was not bad for the price, rooms were small but good overall. However, the acoustic was really bad, and corridors very noisy. From inside the room we could hear doors closing outside, people talking on the corridor, and even the elevator sound. It was hard to sleep at night as we kept waking up with all those noises. Location was good, because it was very close from Manhattan and easy to get there. However, the neighborhood was not the most friendly one.
