Beautiful island hotel with amazing customer service
10.0The customer service was amazing. We had a hiccup with our rental car and the staff organized taxis for us every time we needed one. This might sound like a small gesture but taxis are fairly limited on the island and they always figured out a way to make it work. The food was also very good in the restaurant.
− The hotel is on a less busy part of the island which is nice in some ways but also means you have a 30-45 minute drive if you want to eat off property.
Fabulous stay on Yakushima, we highly recommend!
10.0The food was outstanding in the dinner and breakfast buffet. The staff was so friendly and kind. The spa/onsen had an incredibly beautiful view of the ocean. We loved our stay so much we want to return in the future!
