Tetapi kami kecewa hanya dapat 1 superior dan 3 standard. Kamk benar2 sangat kecewa terutama ke pihak hotel. Walaupun selisih diganti pihak hotels.com. Tetapi saya berterima kasih ke pihak hotels.com yang menelpon kami terus menerus perihal kenyamanan dan keluh kesah kami. Terima kasih.
