− Shower in room 304 didn't really work so had a bath instead.

10.0We had the club room, It was a lot larger than expected, very spacious, clean with robes and slippers provided. The bather had a bath as well as a power shower which was superb. There was a large selection to choose from for Breakfast, we had full English modernised to our preference. Nothing too much trouble Staff were friend and polite and extremely helpful. Bar was parked behind locked gates. The Location was right in the centre of town, just perfect for getting about. We shall be staying again next time for longer, as Carlisle has plenty to offer.

6.0Great location, staff super friendly and helpful especially when it came to parking in the small car park
− That our room led out to the roof where the seagulls screamed all through the night - we didn’t get a wink of sleep because of it. It was really frustrating. I know the hotel can’t help it but I’d ask for a room on the outer side of the hotel and not where the seagulls are on the inside if that makes sense. There is a large flat roof area where they seem to congregate at night and our window opened right up onto it!!
