I’m not sure I’d ever stay here again. Poor customer service and dirty cottages. No thanks.
2.0The location was nice.
− While the location was nice, the property was dirty. There was lots of cob webs and dust. There were dirty dishes leftover and we had to wash them otherwise we could get charged for leaving a “dirty load”. Then to make matters worse, one of the beds we needed was broken and we had to have our oldest son sleep on the floor. We got double charged on our card for the security deposit which threw one of the cards overdraft and then to try to rectify the situation meant going to the booking lodge. The hours of operation on Google were false. We chased our tales for almost 3 hours and burned through our entire morning trying to check out. We did not appreciate the way business was conducted whatsoever.
