Moved to different hotel
4.0I cannot comment on the hotel as I did not stay there. We were moved to another hotel owned by the same person, in the same town without being informed in advance. Although the other hotel was basically fine, no-one attempted to explain or apologise at any point. It would have been simple to let us know beforehand so that we didn't have the experience of standing outside of an obviously closed hotel, wondering what to do.
