10.0For this area, this is a 5-star hotel! It's a little further away from my family (in Wise), but I LOVE staying at this hotel because it's SO wonderful, the staff is SO friendly, the rooms are SO clean, the beds are SO comfy and the restaurant downstairs is SO delicious! I have stayed here many times and this is a consistent experience. If you are at all a hotel snob, you'll be pleasantly surprised with this stay. I just love this hotel.

9.0Clean, comfy beds, relaxed feel
− Our shower door leaked when we took a shower but wasn’t a major problem to us. The room smelled a little musty but it’s an old building and it wasn’t overwhelming.
