9.0Schöne ruhige Lage, nahe an der Flaniermeile Pirin mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Marktständen. Das Quartier ist in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber sehr gepflegt und wird von netten und zuvorkommenden Gastgebern geführt. Das gut gedeckte Frühstücksbuffet gibts im Kellerstübchen, man kann auch im Garten sein Frühstück genießen. Parkplatz gibts auf der Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, etwa ins Piringebirge.

9.0Odlično iskustvo. Putovao sam sa porodicom u Grčku. U Banskom sam proveo samo jednu noć. Guest house Ikonomov je za svaku preporuku. Lokacija je odlična, u centru, u pešačkoj zoni, ali je mirno i bez buke. Prelepo uređeno dvorište. Objekat, soba, kupatilo su bili čisti, uredni i udobni. Pogled sa prozora sobe na okolne planinske vrhove je bio fenomenalan. Domaćin je vrlo ljubazan, gostoprimljiv i profesionalan. Doručak je bio odličan. Restoran je vrlo lepo uređen, ali smo mi uživali u kafi i obedu u dvorištu. Vratićemo se sigurno.

10.0Centrally located for various activities in town. Property was immaculately clean, safe, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and morning offerings were varied with new choices each day. Dimitri and his wife were hospitable and gracious hosts. They never intruded but were always accessible for any questions we had.
− There was no downside. No complaints.
