10.0The property is well maintained and the hosts are amazing. Arguably my best stay in all of the travels I have done across the world. Never had any issues and even requests for a late lunch or early breakfast were accommodated for. The house staff is very polite, the rooms are well maintained and the pool is always kept clean and tidy. On request, customized dinner and/or lunch is also available.
Beautiful place. Ground in and surround yourself with nature. A lovely change to the beach!
10.0Where to start? This is THE perfect place to unwind and ground during any time of your vacation. We had already been in Sri Lanka for three weeks and wanted a place away from the beach, surrounded by nature. From the local monkeys, the array of birds, flocks of parrots, and peacocks jumping up on the roof, to the resident kingfisher. The sounds in the morning are spectacular. Then there's the hotel itself, built as an old colonial-style house. The pool area is the perfect place to relax, and the food offered was lovely - we highly recommend the curry (of course). We used our days there to ground, reflect and journal. Thank you to the team for looking after us. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Grateful to the whole team.
