8.0■1. 部屋の中は非常にきれいで清潔す。九分周辺のほかの宿泊施設外観はGoogleのStreet Viewでみると「非常に汚い」ものが多いので心配になりますが、2025/4月現在 この部屋は写真検索でヒットする画像の通り清潔で、感覚的には内装工事は10年以内だと思います。■2. 可能であればチェックイン前日までに施設オーナーと連絡を取り合い「チェックインのためにOO時XX分に九分バス停前で待ち合わせ」とすることをお勧めします。理由は、この周辺はは広範囲において狭い路地・階段が分岐したり入りくんだりしていて自力で部屋を見つけることは非常に困難と思うためです。■3. 施設のオーナーはLINEのIDを持っていますが、私と妻の場合はそのIDに対してエラーが発生してしまい、LINEで施設オーナーと連絡は取れませんでした。■4. 建物から徒歩１分で九分 商店街のど真ん中に到着できるので便利です。■5. 湯舟はありません、シャワーのみです。トイレはウォシュレット型ではありません。

4.0Big problem: no check in. Stood in the street in the rain for 20 minutes while a kindly local shopkeeper phoned the B&B owner who sent a surly youth over to let us in. The B&B is not located on a public road, but rather in a warren of terraced mews that no one but a resident could find. When we politely asked the young man if he could help some of our elderly with their luggage, he scoffed, and said “You’re on your own” and stalked off. We never did meet the owner, or anyone else for that matter. The place is clean, but spartan, the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros, as you may find yourself climbing dozens of steep cement stairs with your bags, uncertain of both your destination and your reception.

6.0Extremely helpful and friendly owner who picked us from the previous hotel and showed us the entire way to the room. They included breakfast and delivered the next morning. Easy to check out as is fuss free.
− Slightly difficult to open two luggages due to limited space. WiFi was not working at all for all our 3 devices. Some big mosquitoes in the room which we had to kill. Was not fully clean, found hair in several places and toilet bowl was not fully flushed when we arrived.
