10.0民宿主人一家都很親切熱情，感覺像是到朋友家住。早餐是都是民宿主人自己準備的，豆漿跟咖啡還有養生茶都是自己做的，很用心也很好喝。地點離九份老街或黃金博物館都是可以走得到的距離。若需要，老闆也可接送。老闆的女兒都很親切 ，像是和親人聊天一樣，不會因為在外居住而有溝通上的不好意思。
− 熱水器建議可以再換強力一些的。洗澡起來會更舒服。
