6.0We did not like being woke up each morning with the door banging and our carpet needed a good clean.
Nice clean hotel.
8.0This was a really nice clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. However parking under the hotel was difficult, tight narrow bends, and narrow parking spaces - might prove particularly challenging with a car larger than a golf or fiesta. We had booked a room with a balcony not realising that the balcony reached into the atrium. There was no direct daylight coming into the room and walkways to rooms at the front of the building were no more than a few metres from the balcony. This meant we were afforded no privacy - meaning curtains were drawn most of the time. That said I would not hesitate to book this hotel again but would request an outside facing room - albeit without a balcony.

10.0A very nice quiet hotel located right of the promenade , villa marina and near many good places to eat and shop within walking distance. Excellent staff provides quiet, friendly service. Room was very comfortable , quiet and everything worked well and was well maintained. It’s a great choice in Douglas. Restaurant had very good food too.

10.0Not only is the hotel in a great location, it is clean and modern but best of all, friendly. Every member of staff we met was excellent and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant in the hotel is also excellent, something I've rarely found in hotel restaurants. So good we ate dinner there on two nights.
