8.0Stayed whilst on business in Mansfield, ended up in the Bridal Suite which was spacious and comfortable. Can't fault the staff in the hotel, welcoming on check in and resolved any issues I had straight away.

4.0Frankly this should not be called a hotel, as it is no more than a pore BnB. upon check in i was given a room key when i asked where is the room i was told its up stairs throuhg one of the doors. upon going in to the room i found two very small beds, and very tired room thats hads day to say the least. the bathroom was un real for a hotel the shower looked like it was going to fall apart at any time, and the stagnet smell from the bath room was over powring. i send around 3-4 night a week away, but this far the worest i have ever stayed inn, other than the my first encounter with staff however the other few was very plesent
