8.0スタッフさんの対応が良かったです。 内風呂が半露天風呂になってたんですが、 窓さえ開けれれば露天風呂になるので、凄く勿体ないなぁと思いました！
− 部屋以外暑い。お風呂入って部屋に戻るだけで汗だくでした。館内が全体的に廊下も暑くて、、夏場はキツイなと思いました。

7.0Die Zimmer waren gross,sauber und schön. Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service war perfekt.
− Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es hat Wasserflecken an den Wänden und der Decke. In der Lobby war der Teppich abgenutzt und wellig. Im Aufenthaltsraum war die Möbel alt und abgewetzt.

10.0Prachtig hotel vlakbij de natuur. De kamers zijn prachtig en het personeel is ontzettend lief en behulpzaam. De maaltijden waren heerlijk en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het hotel heeft heel wat fijne plekjes om te zitten, zoals bij de rustgevende vijver met koivissen. Ook de onsen was heerlijk. Super handig ook dat ze een shuttlebusje van en naar het station inleggen. Een heel fijn en aangenaam verblijf!

10.0I had a wonderful stay at 葉山. Although I was only there for one night, it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to Yamagata. The room was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The onsen was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. My only small criticism is that the outdoor bath (露天風呂) felt a little lukewarm during our visit, but it certainly didn't take away from the experience. The hospitality was exceptional. Every staff member we met was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They even drove us to the train station after check-out, which was a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. Both dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Dinner was a beautifully prepared multi-course meal, and I especially enjoyed the bottle of 梅酒, which paired perfectly with the food. Breakfast was just as delicious and was the perfect way to start the day. One of the main reasons we chose 葉山 was its convenient location near several cherry-picking (さくらんぼ狩り) orchards. After breakfast, we visited one nearby, and it made for the perfect start to our day. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Between the relaxing baths, excellent food, beautiful accommodations, and genuinely warm hospitality, 葉山 exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again the next time I visit Yamagata.
