8.0Very convenient for the M6. Staff friendly & helpful. First room, the power didn't work. We were moved, but in the second room, the toilet was leaking from the base. It was late, we were only there for one night & the bathroom was useable, so we didn't ask for another move.

4.0Easy access to M6 but looks tired and run down. Staff good but no cups or glasses in room, lights not working, crscked tiles around bath and breakfast pastries weren't fresh. Didn't represent value for money

Electrical problems
6.0The room was booked as an overnight stay, easy to find and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a bit tired but the main problem we had was there was only one electric socket that we could use as the only plug socked in the room was a double that was faulty , ( you could not put a plug in one side) we didn’t complain before going to bed , but after showering in the morning we could not use the hair dryer as the attached dryer cable would not reach the only working socket , no one at the desk to report it to when we left
