Shame hotel was not to our expectations but we didn’t let this ruin our break away.
5.0Location was only 10 minutes away from bus and train station. Lovely walk along Eastbourne sea front.
− Shower needed a deep clean. Staff not very welcoming, need a little customer/hotelier training.

7.0The location was perfect—just a 2–3 minute walk from the tennis courts. There are also several nice restaurants, cafés, and a pub nearby. We were able to park our car with the permission of a permit holder, and the hotel was very helpful in arranging this.
− It was an exceptionally hot day, and the room felt like a sauna. Unfortunately, there wasn't a fan available, so we struggled to sleep. We understand that the high temperatures were unusual, but it would have been greatly appreciated if the hotel had provided fans for exceptionally hot days like this.
Excellent hotel , stayed many times when we’ve visited Eastbourne, will continue to use
