Beautiful hotel, great location, rude and inattentive staff.
4.0The views were amazing and the hotel's aesthetic was cute.
− Though the front desk staff were nice and professional, the rest of the staff was not. Two of the three elevators were out of service and rather than have a sign explaining that they were out of order, guests had to seek out staff to find out. The door staff were rude. The lobby staff were more interested in watching the World Cup final on the big screen TV than attending to guests. The elevator operator was rude and didn't do a great job (we waiting ten minutes for the elevator because twice he neglected to go to the front desk level). The rooms were nice but some fixtures needed repair or updating. Overall the experience was disappointing because the staff made no effort to make you feel welcome and were not communicative about the elevator situation.
