10.0The hotel room is clean. Breakfast is excellent..Counter service at main lobby is effective and good.. I was on a stay for 2 nights at this hotel and everything was so good and up to standard....Definitely will go back to this hotel again.....

10.0Hotel is clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good. Attentive wait staff. Centralised location to malls and ferry terminal. Special kudos to hotel staff, especially the room service team. Special shout out to front desk staff Ms Ani quickly assisted to troubleshoot an issue with my booking. I will definitely return and strongly recommend to anyone visiting Batam.
