VERY RELAXING & ENJOYABLE.
9.0THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY & EVER SO WILLING TO ASSIST. THE HOTEL ROOM WAS NEAT. THE RESTUARANT SERVED A VERY GOOD SELECTION & VARIETY OF FOOD.
− IT WAS EXTREMELY COLD IN OUR BEDROOM BECAUSE THE FLOOR HEATING IN OUR ROOM DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY, ALTHOUGH ONE OF THE STAFF DID TRY TO ASSIST US WITH THIS.
