4.0Proximity to everything was fantastic.
− Compared to other Holiday homes, this place was a bit of a dump. Air con leaks , large hot plate on stove not working, filthy under lounge & main bedroom might aswell be a sauna .
Superb
9.0The house is well located near the beach and is a classic old style beach house. It is well set up and has everything you need for a stay. We had an issue with the fridge that tripped the power supply on Saturday night and the agent was very responsive and sent a repairer very promptly.
− The house is located in a Vodafone black spot so there is no mobile signal at all if you are with that service. Others seem to work fine.

− property is aged and some items didn’t work such as the dishwasher. main bedroom is exceptionally hot and uncomfortable to be in on hot days in summer
Very good
8.0A great location just across the road from the beach in a nice quiet street. Fingal is an excellent surf beach for the whole family with waves that aren't too big. The house is very comfortable with everything you need including a selection of board games. Just a note, when I booked the ad showed the bed configuration as 1 single in the 3rd bedroom. This bed is actually a trundle, so if you have 4 kids there are adequate beds.

7.0The location was amazing and made our stay.
− We have 2 adult children and unfortunately, the single beds were not big enough for them to sleep comfortably. While everything worked, there is evident wear and tear. Eg. We had to use a length of wood to "lock" the sliding doors onto the verandah and the screen is torn. The knob on the main bedroom fan is loose and must be removed to use the dial correctly. Nothing a little TLC. wouldn’t fix.
