Great location in a stunning part of the Bay. Easy to enjoy but minus frills.

The views from the apartment were stunning. The position was amazing and so close to everything including the beach, Mt Tomaree, local eateries and shops and great walking/running tracks. The size of the property was ideal with two good-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms.

− Not a criticism but important for potential guests to know: the property comes with. I thing other than bath towels and bed linen. Bring your own bath mats, hand towels, tea towels and all kitchen equipment like scourers, Chux and the like. No amenity kit was provided. The unit is tired and could benefit from a paint job, new carpet and an overall refresh. There are no laundry facilities in the apartment.

Short walk to beach. The mattresses are saggy, which will hurt your back more if you have back pain

− The sofa bed could have been more comfortable. Our 80 year old mother had to sleep on it and it was too hard. She tried pillows, blankets under her but didn’t get comfortable!

Very confusing I did not receive any confirmation of where to collect the keys or a welcome, we tried to pick the keys up from the Ramada resort to be told its a private rental and we had to drive back to Nelsons bay after have a few drinks at lunch to collect the keys from a Holiday rental real estate.

Great location, lovely view, unit was very clean, beds were super comfortable, appreciated availability of wifi and streaming services. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

− 1. Too many pillows in bedrooms and lounge area. Had to find a place to stash pillows so they were out of the way. 2. With so much furniture in the lounge room, it was squishy in that area. 3. Irritated, given length of our stay and how much we paid for same, that only one or two toilet rolls were supplied in each bathroom. Bit stingy. 4. Insufficient hooks to hang wet towels.
