8.0− I asked reception for a late check out when i picked up keys, they said ring back in morning, which i did, and only aked for an extra 1hr and the lady was short and ruid about it
A bit overrated
5.0Location is good, close to the D'Albora Marina and a short drive to Shoal Bay.
− Several issues: - The garage for the unit was left open when we arrived, so someone else had already parked their car in the garage. We had to park in open public parking overnight. We called the helpline number and were promised a response by the next morning.. And no response ever came for the entire 3 nights stay. - Stingy with small but important supplies: Only 1 small bottle each of shampoo, body wash and conditioner for a 3 nights stay for a 4 member family! (there's just 1 bathroom). Only 1 single dishwasher tablet for a 3 nights stay! - Don't be misled with the way the facilities list is worded. There's just 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. A bit cramped for families. - The unit could do with a bit more cleaning of sofas, utensils etc.
