6.0Das Personal war wenig hilfreich. Jeder fühlte sich nur für eine Sache zuständig und man war eher mit sich selbst und dem Handy beschäftigt. Die Gäste und deren Bedürfnisse schienen eher zu stören.

10.0A great hotel. We had a superior room and it was incredible. Spacious, the bed was comfortable, really clean, iron/ironing board in the room, heating, balcony. Ordered room service and the food was great. Highly recommend staying here.

4.0Deprem bölgelerindeki otellerin neredeyse tamamı böyle. Müthiş bir fahiş fiyat hizmet kalitesi yerlerde. Double yatak olarak odayi aldik.Tek kişilik yatak vat,badka oda yok dediler. Odayı ısıtmak ne mümkün çünkü Merkezi ünite buz gibi üflüyor ve selam tüm deprem bölgesi Kadir bu.

8.0Hotel is mainly serving bus tourists. It is new and clean. Staff could be friendlier. Location is not ideal. There isn’t much around the hotel.
