− Arriving at the hotel to find the hotel was under full renovations and we had no room. We had booked the hotel in January and was not aware that our booking was not available. Up until 2 days before we were receiving messages saying we are looking forward to your visit. We are still getting messages to review the hotel. Booking .com you owe us compensation.
