− Late check in meant we only had a couple of hours before dark on our first day.

Great location. Disappointing that dirty and view not possible from bedroom. Agent did not want to compensate.

Location, lounge and balcony very comfy.

− Bath, fridge, bbq dirty and dirty cups in dishwasher. Old milk and scraps in fridge. Unfortunately the bedroom window view was blocked by shutters which were not in the pictures on the site and these could not f by e opened so no view from bedroom as advertised.

− The second bed, above the double bed in the second bedroom is more of a cot, not really a single bed.

Excellent location and amenities

Location was excellent, a short drive from Hobart airport and 20 minutes to a more than adequate supermarket range. Good area for exploring with the drive to Port Arthur and other scenic drives very accessible. The porperty was very well equipped and was clean. There was a small problem with some outside roofing coming loose from the very high winds. When this was reported to the managers it was addressed quickly and efficiently.

− The kitchen bench is quite high, less suitable for shorter people. The wardrobe in the main bedroom was cluttered with a fan and vacuum cleaner so it was harder to hang clothes. There was only seating at the (high) kitchen bench for meals, which could be fixed by having a small round table on the living area (we brought the little round table in from outside and it was suitable, but a little rusty)

It's in a quiet rustic coastal spot with everything you need to make a home for a few days. The views are incredible

Amazing views with indoor and outdoor areas to relax. Homey making it feel like you lived there. Super comfy bed.
